This 3-ingredient concoction never fails to satisfy, especially when it's served in a chilled copper mug. With summer around the corner, this refreshing cocktail is sure to become your drink of choice.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
Ice
Ginger beer
2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz lime juice
Lime and mint leaf garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Add ice and freshly squeezed lime juice into a chilled copper mug.
2. Pour in 2 ounces of vodka.
3. Top with ginger beer and stir.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge and sprig of mint. Enjoy!
