Marketing614 | Pete Potenzini (Lion's Den)

In this first group of Marketing614 episodes, Pete Potenzini (Director of Marketing at Lion’s Den) joins us to discuss topics like demystifying certain taboos associated with sex positivity, as well as some of Lion’s Den's current strategies, such as creating standalone stores around urban areas. Pete also explains the process of rebranding the Lion’s Den from a very male-focused brand into one centered more around healthy intimacy and lifestyle.

In his Brand This Thing segment, Pete is given a collapsible lion to brand in 60 seconds or less. Find out what he comes up with! We also record a “radio spot” for each guest’s Brand This Thing, so make sure to follow us on social media to see when it’s posted!

Another segment where guests showcase their creativity is called “Mt. Rushmore”. Instead of the classic party question where you replace the heads on Mt. Rushmore with four musicians you couldn’t live without, Jason has guests replace the heads with their four favorite brands. Watch to discover which local brand Pete favors and the story behind a campaign that influenced his own strategies.
